How long does shipping take within Egypt?

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your governorate. You will receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is dispatched.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all items, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and socks cannot be returned.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and ValU for installment plans.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own and comparing it to our chart for the most accurate fit.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our processing phase and can no longer be changed.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen settings and studio lighting, slight variations in shade may occur.
